the staff were attentive to my needs. the room included two comfortable chairs! there was a varied selection of pillows. plenty of parking spaces are available at the hotel.

lisa on the reception concierge team. she typed a lovely message for my partner and added complimentary snacks. lisa went the extra mile and ensured his stay was special. she even checked if he enjoyed the stay at checkout. the staff was friendly and the service efficient.

torn duvet cover missing screw
The room was spacious. It had good air conditioning and everything I needed.
The duvet cover had a tear. I noticed the toilet seat was missing a screw, so it moved every time I used it. Noisy people were slamming doors between midnight and 2:30 am. It was hard to sleep.
