clean bathroom great breakfast long wait dated room
the staff was helpful and cute , attending to all needs. the bathroom was lovely and very clean. the breakfast was great and had good variety.
i waited to check in , it took around 15 minutes.

The staff showed great kindness and care. I felt completely at ease. The room was equipped with two comfortable chairs! A nice selection of pillows was also provided. The breakfasts could easily rival those of a 5-star hotel because of the variety.
Check-in took a very long time.

lisa on the reception concierge team. she typed a lovely message for my partner and added complimentary snacks. lisa went the extra mile and ensured his stay was special. she even checked if he enjoyed the stay at checkout. the staff was friendly and the service efficient.

torn duvet cover missing screw
The room was spacious. It had good air conditioning and everything I needed.
The duvet cover had a tear. I noticed the toilet seat was missing a screw, so it moved every time I used it. Noisy people were slamming doors between midnight and 2:30 am. It was hard to sleep.
